Refund & cancellation policy

1. Refunds
TaxQL Inc. uses Paddle as our payment processor and merchant of record. Refund requests are handled in accordance with Paddle's standard refund policy.
To request a refund, email [email protected] with the subject "Refund request" and your account email. We will work with Paddle to process your refund.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time:
- Through the customer portal at app.taxql.com.
- By emailing [email protected] with the subject "Cancel subscription" and your account email.
3. Auto-renewal
Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period until cancelled. We send a renewal notification email before each annual renewal.
4. Refund timing
Refunds are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Funds typically appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your issuing bank.
