Common questions about cap and overage.
What if I go over my cap?
Business, Pro, and Pro+ include an unbilled grace buffer past your cap — 2,500, 5,000, and 8,500 extra lookups respectively. Grace is a volume buffer, not a time window — it never expires within the billing period and is never billed. Trial and Launch get no grace; Enterprise is uncapped by contract. Once the buffer is used up you get a hard 429 with an upgrade-required response.
How is Launch different from Business?
Launch is pay-as-you-grow: $99 covers a 2.5K block plus a free second block — 5,000 lookups before any overage — then $99 per additional 2.5K block. Business is a flat $599/mo for 25K lookups. We auto-prompt an upgrade to Business at your fifth Launch block; by around your eighth block, Business's flat rate is the cheaper option.
Annual prepay?
15% off across all paid tiers when you pay annually. We can go up to 20% for strategic accounts — Custom 20% reserved for strategic accounts (reference customers, multi-year, case-study commitments).
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel through the customer portal at any time. Refunds are handled per our payment processor's standard policy — see the refund policy for details.
